Dr Lokesh Yagnik completed his primary medical degree from Manipal University in 2007 and migrated to Western Australia after completing internship. He completed basic physicians training at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital before embarking on advanced training in General medicine and Respiratory medicine. He has trained across the major hospitals in Western Australia. In 2017, he secured a South Metropolitan Area Health Service research fellowship and undertook clinical research evaluating endobronchial ultrasound elastography in staging lung cancer at Fiona Stanley Hospital. He has completed an interventional pulmonology fellowship at Sir Charles Gairdner Hospital and procedural training in Italy. Dr Yagnik has expertise in airway mapping, linear and radial endobronchial ultrasound bronchoscopy (EBUS), bronchoscopic lung volume reduction (BLVRS), rigid bronchoscopy, cryo-recanalization and pleuroscopy.

Dr Yagnik works at Fiona Stanley hospital and has admitting rights to St John of God Subiaco, St John of God Hospital, Murdoch and the Mount Hospital.
